The EU announced its readiness to help Kazakhstan in resolving the crisis

EU Foreign Affairs Representative Josep Borrell said about the concern of European countries about what is happening in Kazakhstan. He called the republic “an important partner for the EU.”

The official regrets that acts of violence throughout the country lead to the death of people. He considers it important to prevent further escalation and to exercise restraint. Borrell considers it unacceptable to use what is happening for someone else's purposes.

He added that external military support should be remembered about the sovereignty of Kazakhstan and the rights of its inhabitants. The head of EU diplomacy announced his readiness to provide assistance and called on the authorities of the republic to fulfill their obligations.
