Earlier, the Washington Post wrote that Moscow sent a note to the United States in which it condemned the supply of weapons to Ukraine. Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova confirmed on April 16 that Moscow had handed over the note, but did not disclose its content. According to her, the note is sent “to all countries.”
